Please, before booking a holiday to Slow Life Costa del Sol, read the booking conditions below.

To ensure that you understand the itinerary and style of our holiday or workshop packages, please read also the descriptions of the activities carried out during your stay.

1. Reservation Conditions

 The holidays are subject to a minimum number of participants. If 45 days before the start of the holiday such number is not reached, it will be understood as canceled vacation. In such a case it will be notified to the customers who have booked, and refund  the total amount paid.

 To secure the booking of one of our holiday proposals is essential to pay a deposit of 30% of the final price. The customer will have a margin of 10 days, from 45 days before the start of the holiday,  to pay the balace (70%).

 For bookings made 45 days before the start of the holiday, the client must pay  the 100% of the total price.

 The acceptance of the reservation will be confirmed in writing by our team.

 Slow Life Costa del Sol is not liable nor pay any compensation for cancellations or change of venue caused by delays in your arrival, war, threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, strike, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

2. Cancellation by the participant

If for any emergency you have to cancel your holiday, we will try to sell your place to another person. However, if we fail to sell the place you've vacated, we will apply cancellation withholding listed below:

  1. More than 45 days prior to holiday, withholding 15% of the net price of the holiday.
  2. From 45 to 36 days prior to holiday, withholding 30% of the net price of the holiday.
  3. Less than 35 days prior to holiday, withholding 100% of the net price of the holiday.

3. Travel Insurance

We have a liability insurance on the property, and on the activities carried out. In any case, at the time of booking, we recommend to our guests to get a travel, cancellation, and medical insurance. If you leave a holiday or workshop for any reason after it has started, we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.

4. The price of your Slow Life Costa del Sol holiday or workshop include:

  1. All accommodation listed in the notes "What is included."
  2. All transport listed in the notes, "What's Included".
  3. All activities and meals as indicated in the notes to “What's Included”.

5. The price of your Slow Life Costa del Sol holiday or workshop does not include:

  1. International or domestic flights.
  2. Food and beverages other than those specified in the notes to “What's Included "
  3. Travel Insurance.
  4. Activities, excursions different than those programed
  5. All personal expenses.

6. Change of itinerary

Although we endeavor to organize our holidays or workshops as described, we reserve the right to change one or some of the activities, or excursions, due to local circumstances or events beyond our control. If this happens, we will do our best to replace them with others of similar value and nature.

7. Activities

If for some reason, on a particular day the guest wishes not perform the activity planned for this day, he is not entitled to reimbursement of the amount of such activity.

8. Errors and Omissions

Although we have made a concerted effort to verify the accuracy of statements made in our documentation Slow Life Costa del Sol (including brochures, website and individual description of withdrawal) we can not be responsible for any error, omission or unintentional misrepresentation that may occur.

9. Marketing and Photos

You consent to the use of images taken during the holiday Slow Life Costa del Sol for advertising and promotional purposes in good faith. You grant us the worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable permission to use these images for purposes of advertising and promotion in all media (including future supports). The comments and suggestions in writing delivered to the company may also be used for promotional purposes as detailed above.

10. Discounts

Slow Life Costa del Sol reserves the right to offer discretionary discounts, and this does not affect the status of any guests who have paid the full price and no discount will then become due to them.
