We spent 14 nights at Casa Aries and overall it was a good expercience. I will sum up some points. First of all the house is situated up a mountain and has a very beautiful panoramic view over the mountains and sea. To get there however you need to take a very steep and narrow mountain road which is for the last stretch not even concrete. Doing this by night (and especially the first time) was a very 'exciting' experience. Everything needs to be done by car. The privacy of the house is good, only a few corners can be viewed by other houses. Hearing other people however is easy. The house itself is of wood, simple and not to big. But who sits inside with that weather, right? It gets pretty warm inside, closing all windows is a must. There's no airconditioning except one fan... but with two rooms it would have been good to have one more. In general the house was clean but when someone takes a closer look you see the cleaning hasn't been done thoroughly. Finding an emty pack of sigarettes underneath a pillow in the couch is an example... Also the pool has a lot of insects, which is normal, but a good clean should be done regularly. Communication with Slow Life Costa Del Sol (they rent all the houses in that street) was good. The tried to help immediately. Conclusion? A big enough yet simple wooden house on a mountain. Difficult to get there but the view and silence (except neighbours) is a big plus! Ok for kids older than 4, not ok for a group of friends that want to enjoy nightlife.

Maison très agréable avec une vue magnifique. La piscine est grande parfait pour se détendre. Nous avons passer un superbe séjour , Raphaël est à l'écoute.

Vi og vores familie har nydt en uges ophold i villa Pino i fulde drag. Huset er fint og velindrettet og ligger smukt med storslået udsigt over bjergene. Vi var ved huset og poolen det meste af tiden og sendte kun en bil afsted hver anden dag til indkøb. Huset ligger jo i bjergene og vejen dertil er smal og snørklet, men meget smuk. Hele familien på 10 voksne, 4 børn og en baby har nydt den dejlige ferie og taler alle om, hvor gerne vi vil komme igen en anden gang. Mange hilsner Anne og Bent Frederiksen.

Hemos pasado una semana magnífica. La casa está muy bien acomodada, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos, y nada de calor. Lejos del ruido, mucho relax, piscina independiente, todo muy cuidado y limpio, la naturaleza que lo rodea. Hemos disfrutado mucho. Lo recomendaremos y volveremos.

Accessed via steep winding sometimes single track concrete road about 4 km from village. The first trip up and down a little scary and a small, low powered car not recommended. The villa is superbly sited for walks, views and seclusion. The manager was superbly helpful and on hand if needed, but left us in total peace, at our requested. The views down to Torre del Mar were spectacular, we even managed the walk to Algarrobo and back, not for the faint hearted.

We absolutly loved ou stay at the Tranquilla. Everything was clean and tidy. The pool is lovely and the views are just stunning. Gabriel, who greeted us was very friendly and helpful and his dog is adorable. The only that could be difficult for some people is the road, which is really steep and bendy. A couple of times our car was struggeling to get up....however once you made it the views make up for it. We would definitly stay here again.

“Vi är överväldigad av den fantastiska utsikten och lugnet när vi väl kom upp till huset! Vi har blivit väl mottagna och alla våra önskemål har blivit uppfyllda. Hade bokat ett yoga pass upp till huset en morgon och det var väldigt härligt. Hade även önskat catering till födelsedags middag allt genomförde Slow Life till full belåtenhet Huset stämmer bra med våra förväntningar men ett sovrum hade ingen AC vilket man visste om men inte åtgärdat. Blev lite jobbigt för dom som skulle sova i det rummet. Utemöblerna stämmer inte med bilderna vilket gjorde oss lite besvikna. Vi tillbringade nästa all tid vid poolen men det fanns inga riktigt bekväma möbler. Solsängarna hade inte madrasser. Två solsängar på sidan av huset var söndersuttna. Ett trasigt parasoll fanns att tillgå. Loungemöblerna är inte dom på bilden (ser ut som soffgruppen in i från) utan en obekväm sittgrupp med tunna smutsiga dynor. Utifrån bilderna hade vi föreställt oss att kunna tillbringa kvällarna i den bekväma loungen men så blev det inte. Men vi hade en fantastisk vecka på Villa el Pino trots det. Vi var tre generationer, totalt nio personer som alla njöt och kände sig totalt avkopplade av lugnet där uppe. Med en uppfräschning av utemöblerna så vore det Perfekt! Det var med sorg i hjärtat vi lämnade El Pino.”

We arrived late at night and although the road is no joke, it was very easy to find thanks to the great directions from Rafael. The place was great, the house had everything we needed and more, Gabriel was our host o n site, great guy and super helpful with great advices, he was always there when we needed him for everything and made us feel very welcomed. If we ever come back to the area, we will definitely come back to the same place again!
